Applying to a medical university abroad involves much more than completing an online form. Different universities require different documents, certifications, translations, legalisations, entrance examinations, interviews and deadlines. Even a small mistake or missing document can delay an application or result in rejection. With our Application Service, we organise the entire process for you in a structured and strategic way.

✔ Verification and preparation of your application documents: We check completeness, format requirements, certifications and deadlines.

✔ Submission of your university application: We prepare and submit the application to your selected university.

✔ Completion of all online application forms: We handle university portals and online registration procedures.

✔ Verification of certifications, Apostilles and legalisations: We check whether your documents meet the formal requirements of the university and the relevant country.

✔ Organisation of translations and legalisations: Where necessary, we arrange translations into the required language through our local translation partners.

✔ Support with application forms and supporting documents: We assist with forms, declarations, certificates and other required attachments.

✔ Profile analysis and application optimisation: We review how your academic background can be presented as effectively as possible.

✔ Support with motivation letters: Where required, we help with structure, content and formulation.

✔ Preparation for entrance examinations and interviews: We provide guidance and preparation for university-specific examinations, Biology/Chemistry tests, interviews or motivational interviews.

✔ FREE access to our PREMED Online Courses Application Service clients receive free access to our PREMED preparation courses in:

  • Physics

These courses can be used to prepare for entrance examinations and to strengthen your scientific foundation before beginning university.

✔ Communication with universities on your behalf: We follow up regarding missing documents, deadlines, application status and university requests.

✔ Paper applications where required: If the university requires physical documents, we organise the preparation and registration of the application.

✔ Support for visa application: We will guide you through the whole process of getting the student visa.

✔ Information about final enrolment and arrival: After admission, we provide detailed instructions regarding enrolment, required documents, travel and the first administrative steps.

How long do we support you?

We organise and monitor your application from the beginning of the process until your final university enrolment.

Processing Fee

€750 including VAT. The processing fee becomes payable only after you sign the service agreement with us. It covers the preparation and administration of your first university application.

Multiple applications: For every additional university application: + €250 including VAT per additional university

Applying to several carefully selected universities can significantly improve your overall admission opportunities.

Intermediation Fee

Standard intermediation fee: €3,250 including VAT. The success fee is payable only if you receive admission to a university.

You pay it only after the university has officially confirmed your study place. If you apply through us to several universities and receive more than one acceptance, you pay the intermediation fee only once.

Early-Bird Discounts

Start early and save on the success fee:

✔ 20% discount if you sign the contract at least 6 months before the application deadline

✔ 10% discount if you sign the contract at least 3 months before the application deadline

If a university has several application rounds, the deadline of the first application round is used to calculate the early-booking period.

Our Success Guarantee: No success — no success fee

Our intermediation fee is performance-based. If you do not receive admission, you do not pay the intermediation fee.

The initial processing fee covers the work already performed for preparing and submitting your application and is therefore separate from the intermediation fee. We accept applications only when, after evaluating the student's profile, we believe that admission is realistically achievable.
