What is the First Evaluation?
Choosing the right medical or dental university in Europe shouldn’t feel like guesswork. Every country — and often every university — has different rules, deadlines, selection methods, and entry requirements. Our First Evaluation gives you clarity and a plan.
We review your full profile and match you with the universities where you realistically have the best chances of acceptance, based on your academic background and your preferences. The goal is simple: choose the right university before you waste time, money, or opportunities.

When you book the First Evaluation, you don’t only receive an admission strategy.
You also receive FREE access to our Pre-Med Courses:

So you don’t just book an assessment — you also get study material that helps you prepare properly for what comes next.
Why this matters
If your target university requires an admission test, the Pre-Med courses help you start preparing immediately.
If there is no entrance test, the courses still give you a major advantage: they refresh and strengthen your knowledge in three subjects that are crucial for the first year of Medicine.
In other words, you don’t lose the money you invest — you receive both:
a realistic admission plan, and
immediate preparation support.
How it works (step by step)
Step 1: Fill out our online form
Tell us what you want to study, where you would like to apply, your budget for tuition fees.
Step 2: Upload your documents
We will take a first look at your diploma(s) and academic record to verify whether you are eligible to apply for Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, or Veterinary Medicine in the European Union.
If your diploma(s) do not grant you access to university studies in the EU (or do not meet the basic entry criteria for these programmes), we will inform you promptly and you will not be invoiced for the evaluation.
Only if we confirm that your profile is eligible for admission in Europe, we will ask you to proceed with payment of the evaluation fee.
Step 3: Full evaluation
Once the fee is paid, our team carries out a complete evaluation using:
real admission outcomes from previous years,
our internal database and experience from hundreds of applications, and
when needed, direct verification with universities.
Step 4: Within 48 hours, you will receive your First Evaluation by email, including realistic admission chances and recommended options.

After the analysis, we provide a clear, actionable result, including:
Confirmation whether your diploma meets entry requirements
A realistic assessment of your chances for your selected universities
A detailed Red / Orange / Green rating for each option
A personalised shortlist of at least 3 recommended universities per location where you have strong chances of acceptance

What happens after the First Evaluation?
After receiving your evaluation, you can choose what suits you best:
Option 1 — Apply on your own
You may apply independently using:
our First Evaluation strategy, and
your free Pre-Med course access to prepare for entrance exams or refresh your knowledge.
Option 2 — Sign up for our Application Service
If you decide to work with us for the full process, you get a double benefit:
you keep the FREE Pre-Med courses, and
we deduct the €250 First Evaluation fee from our Application Service fee.
So the First Evaluation becomes a credit toward the full service.

With our Application Service, you don’t have to manage the bureaucracy. We take care of the process professionally, efficiently and with maximum attention to detail, so you can focus on preparing for admission and starting your studies with confidence.

Our guarantee
If we are unable to secure your enrolment in at least one university, you will not be charged any intermediation fees. We only work on cases where we believe acceptance is realistic — and we stand behind our service.
Processing fee- Simple & fair: 750€. The processing fee is payable only after signing the intermediation contract with us.
If you already paid €250 for the First Evaluation, we deduct it fully from the processing fee. So you pay only: €500.
In case of multiple applications, each further application will be charged with an additional 300€.
Intermediation fee- Flexible, individual, and transparent:
Instead of a fixed “one-size-fits-all” price, our intermediation fee is personalised. Intermediation fee range: €1,750 – €3,250
Before you sign the intermediation contract, you will receive your exact final fee in writing, based on your case.
Your final intermediation fee depends on:
Nationality: EU applications are usually shorter → lower fee
Timing: early application = more available seats → lower fee
last-minute applications (few seats left) → higher feeAcademic profile: strong grades can open more options (often without tests) → lower fee
Complexity: fewer documents/translations/legalisation steps → lower fee
more complex procedures → higher fee
If you’re accepted to more university, you pay only one intermediation fee

If you want to apply with our support to more universities, beginning with the 3rd application, each further application will be charged with 200€.
Intermediation fee- Flexible, individual, and transparent:
Your individual intermediation fee for application service (we give the exact amount before contract signing) + local services fee depending on the country of enrolment:
+ €1,000 local services fee: Romania, Bulgaria
+ €1,500 local services fee: Malta, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Poland
+ €2,000 local services fee: Cyprus, Hungary, Czech Republic
If you’re accepted to more university, you pay only one intermediation fee
Guarantee: No success means no fee. The intermediation fee is payable only upon acceptance.
Translations
Translations
Translations
Translations can be booked by independent users too, even without running the first evaluation. Translations are included and free of charge for clients who choose application service or premium service.
There are different requirements set by universities regarding translations:
-some universities accept documents without translations to English if the original document is issued in English
-some universities accept documents only in the local language, even if the original documents are issued in English
-some universities accept documents only with the seal of an official translator from another country
-some universities accept documents translated only from translators who are recognized in their country
-some universities accept documents only with a legalized translation. The legalization is made by the embassy or a notary office in the country where the university is located
We can organize the translations with our local translation offices, if a legalization is needed, we will complete that too. You can send us scans from your documents and we will give you an individual quote. The costs depend on the number of documents you’re sending.
