Application procedure

Applicants who are eligible to apply to these programs can be citizens belonging to the European Union, to the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), to the Swiss Confederation and also other non-EU countries. The assessment of the candidates will be carried out by an Admission Board appointed by the Rector of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

The Early Admission procedure will cover the following stages:

1.      assessment of the personal statement

2.      assessment of the applicant’s former activities prior to the submission of the application (high school grades, extracurricular activities)

3.      a Microsoft Teams interview for each applicant, which will be scheduled and announced in time. The purpose of the interview is the evaluation of the compatibility with the medical profession and the English proficiency.

Applicants who choose to study in English can only benefit from tuition fee places.

IMPORTANT: Applicants may be provisionally admitted prior to receipt of their high school diploma.

Application deadlines

For the 2026 intake, the university offers a continuous  admission session  between 02.03.2026 – 25.08.2026. The application dossiers will be assessed progressively in the order of submission and the interview will be scheduled according to the calendar. All available seats will be occupied in accordance with the submission and assessment of the application dossier, in order of applications. After the results are made available, the applicant has the obligation to submit all the requested documents for the issuance of the letter of acceptance to studies.

First interview session:

  • Deposit due date: 30.04.2026

  • Submitting all necessary documents: 30.04.2026 - 30.05.2026

Second interview session:

  • Interview: 15.06.2026 – 19.06.2026

  • Results: 25.06.2026

  • Deposit due date: 09.07.2026

  • Submitting all necessary documents: 09.07.2026 - 27.07.2026

Third interview session:

  • Interview: 28.07.2026 – 30.07.2026

  • Results: 04.08.2026

  • Deposit due date: 11.08.2026

  • Submitting all necessary documents: 01.09.2026 - 07.09.2026

Forth interview session:

  • Interview: 01.09.2026 – 04.09.2026

  • Results: 10.09.2026

  • Deposit due date: 21.09.2026

  • Submitting all necessary documents: 23.09.2026

Proof of English

The English proficiency is checked during the Skype interview. An international language certificate is not compulsory, but if included to the application files, this will be rated by the university too.
