Application procedure

The evaluation of applications relies on high-school grades and accomplishments. Candidates might be accepted before receiving the baccalaureate diploma. The grades obtained in the baccalaureate exam (or the equivalent) are not being regarded as an assessment anymore.

Admission calendar 2024

Online application: 05.02.2024 - 19.07.2024

For the study programs with courses taught in English or French, the candidates are admitted on a file-based competition (by assessment of the school performances and personal achievements).

Important to know:

  • Candidates will be declared eligible only if the average of the two years of pre-university study under consideration is at least equivalent to 6 in decimal system.

  • During the application window, the files will be analyse in the chronological order they were uploaded on the platform and the communication of the results to the candidates will be made as the eligibility of the files is validated.

  • Beginning with 12.02.2024 the files submitted each week will be analysed by the verification and validation commission at the end of each week there will be an update of the list of candidates declared eligible for admission.

  • It is a big advantage to apply as soon as possible as the seats will be occupied very quickly.

  • admission is open for the 2024 graduates too, before having the final high school diploma.

Proof of English/French

English or French language proficiency is demonstrated in one of the following ways:

  • By providing an internationally recognized language certificate

  • A high school diploma issued by a school where English or French was the medium of instruction
