Degrees:

·         Medicine: in English- 160 Places: 80 for EU applicants and 80 for non-EU applicants

·         Medicine: in French- 60 Places: 20 for EU applicants and 40 for non-EU applicants

·         Dentistry: in English- 75 Places: 40 for EU applicants and 35 for non-EU applicants

·         Pharmacy: in French- 60 Places: all 60 places are for non-EU applicants only

Tuition fees:

·         Medicine: 6 years - 8500€ per year

·         Dentistry: 6 years - 8500€ per year

Application procedure

  • For the candidates from the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation who wish to study in Timisoara, the admission is conditioned by passing a competitive entrance exam. The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice biology questions. To help you prepare for this entrance exam, we will provide you with 500 questions with the correct answers so that you can prepare for this exam without any problems.

  • For the candidates from the non- European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation the admission is based on the evaluation of application files containing proof of the applicants’ academic performance: grades in two subjects: biology and chemistry.

We provide in-depth preparation courses for admission tests to various universities, covering key subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. Our Biology course also includes the syllabus required by the University of Timisoara for their entry test. You can enroll in our preparation courses even if you choose to apply independently, without using our agency.

If you register for any of our intermediation services (application service or premium service), the cost of the preparation courses will be deducted from the final intermediation fee. Whether you take one course or all four, all courses are deductible. After admission, we will subtract the preparation course fees from the final invoice, meaning our clients effectively receive the courses for free.

Deadlines for EU applicants

  • 02.06.2025 - 18.07.2025: registration of candidates for the competitive entrance exam by filling in the registration form and uploading the registration documents to the platform.

  • 22.07.2025 - 23.07.2025: language tests (English / French);

  • 24.07.2025: the list of candidates whose files have been validated and who may participate in the competitive entrance exam will be posted on the university website;

  • 25.07.2025 - 10 a.m. (Romanian time) - multiple choice test (written test) - competitive entrance exam in BIOLOGY. The test is held in presence, in Timisoara.

  • 25.07.2025: the results of the competitive entrance exam will be posted on the university website

Deadlines for non-EU applicants

  • 02.06.2025 - 22.07.2025: registration of candidates for the competitive entrance exam by filling in the registration form and uploading the registration documents to the platform.

  • 24.07.2025 - 25.07.2025: language tests (English / French);

  • 28.07.2025: the classification of candidates based on the candidate’s options and the results obtained in the file based competition

Proof of English

English language proficiency is demonstrated in one of the following ways:

  • By providing an internationally recognized language certificate

  • A high school diploma issued by a school where English or French was the medium of instruction

  • Taking a language test organized by the University of Timisoara
