Program, Accreditation & Diploma
The Novara program is a branch campus of UMF Cluj-Napoca.
Teaching staff are UMF Cluj professors who will split their time between Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and Novara (Italy).
Launch was initially targeted for September 2025, but the start was moved to January 2026 to finalize all accreditations with Italian and Romanian authorities.
Graduates receive a public university diploma issued by UMF Cluj (the “mother university”), fully recognized in Italy, Germany, France, and all EU countries.
Our End-to-End Service
Because of the high volume of students we have enrolled at UMF Cluj over the years, we operate a local office in Cluj-Napoca to support our students on the ground. If you engage our services, we will:
Create a dedicated applicant email on our server and conduct 100% of the online application for you.
Prepare the paper file in our Munich or Vicenza offices using your legalized copies; we then handle Romanian translations in Cluj-Napoca and assemble the final dossier locally.
Manage all communication with the university and optimize your application to maximize points.
Help you obtain an English language certificate efficiently.
Arrange an easy, quick psychological evaluation (required by the university).
Provide the standard health forms for your family doctor (so you won’t need 5–6 separate specialist visits).
